For those of you whom I haven’t met, my name is Hunter Jochem; I am the CEO and founder of Nextgen Wellness Group.
First and foremost, we want you to know that we’re in this together. Each of us has been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. So, to protect our loved ones and ourselves, our best course of action is social distancing and staying home.
1. Our people are our biggest assets.
2. Treat our patients how we would want our family to be treated.
3. Practice great medicine.
4. Always do what’s right.
To our patients and your families
Thank you for being understanding during our transition to telemedicine and video conferencing for sick visits, as well as, follow up visits, physical therapy, and counseling. We wish we could see you face-to-face but keeping our staff and our patients safe has been our number one priority.
We understand that your pain doesn’t stop just because the rest of the world has. We will continue to see you in office if you are in pain. We have implemented new protocols for the safety of all our patients and staff and appreciate your patience during this time.
If there ever were a time the phrase “it takes a village” rings truest, it is now. We need your help! I know video conferencing for medical visits and physical therapy is not what you are used to, but it assures we can continue to provide the medical care that you need while protecting your well-being.
I encourage you to continue with your current treatment plans to not jeopardize your final outcome. We appreciate your continued support during this unprecedented time. I am confident that getting your mind off the quarantine and interacting with us will be a welcomed and productive distraction.
I want to thank our Nextgen family of employees who continue to work in order to provide services and reassurances to our patient population. Our employees are amazing! We will not forget the teamwork our employees are displaying during this crisis. Every member of our team is sacrificing the same percentage of our paychecks so that we can all keep our jobs. While many companies are implementing major workforce reductions, we are not among them. I firmly believe that taking care of my employees is essential to providing the highest quality of care to our patients.
Remember, we are here and dedicated to assisting you and your family during this time. Stay home, stay safe and call us with any concerns. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your families. Thank you for your continued support. We will get through this together.
