From Highway 40, the Coronado Freeway, use the 4th Street Exit 59A and head North on 4th Street to Aztec Road. Enter the parking lot at the corner of Aztec and 4th from Aztec Rd or 4th Street.

The door is located on the East side of the building facing 4th Street. We are across Aztec Rd from the North Valley Senior Center.

Bus Stops:

• Bus Stop at 4th and Headley – walk South half a block to the clinic, which will be on your right.
• Bus Stop at 4th and Candelaria – walk North about a block and a half to the clinic, which will be on your left.
